Never send anyone your recovery phrase or your PIN, including us. We will never ask for them, and nobody who does is from fee.market. To report a security problem, use the contact above and say it is a security report.

Common questions

I forgot my PIN.

The PIN protects the wallet on your phone and cannot be reset by us or by anyone else. If you wrote down your recovery phrase you can reinstall the app and restore your wallet from it with a new PIN. Without the phrase the funds cannot be recovered. Repeated wrong guesses lock the app for longer each time.

I lost my phone or deleted the app.

Install the app on a new device and restore from your recovery phrase. Your funds are on the blockchain, not on the phone. If someone else may have the phone, move your funds to a new wallet as soon as you can.

Can I get my money back from a sponsor?

Yes. A sponsor only earns its fee as it serves you. You can leave a subscription and take back the part you prepaid that has not been earned yet (while a sponsor is still serving, a short notice period can apply before the refund is available). Leaving still works if the curator pauses or halts the registry or a sponsor stops serving.

A transaction did not go through or looks stuck.

Check its status on Polygonscan by pasting the transaction hash. A failed transaction changes nothing on the blockchain. If it still looks wrong, contact us with the hash.

A sponsor is not responding or something looks wrong.

Each sponsor is an independent operator, and their page shows their own website and support link when they have published them. Check that their badge says Verified: the curator verified the exact metadata shown. If a sponsor misbehaves, tell us through the contact above with the sponsor's number and what happened.

I am a sponsor and need help.

The Sponsor panel has a page for each step (register, metadata, plans, earnings, keys, service). The curator reviews new sponsors and anything you change after verification; keep your website and support link in your metadata up to date so users can reach you.
